About
Hi, I'm Clint! I'm a PhD student in geophysics at the University of Arizona, and I study Andean Tectonics with the Global Seismology and Tectonics Group. My research interests revolve around understanding tectonic processes at a variety of scales and integrating surface observations with subsurface interpretations. I'm currently using passive source techniques to image the subsurface beneath the Andean mountain range in South America and analyze changes along strike. Previously, I have worked on projects using active source seismic techniques at passive margins, active spreading centers and continental interiors. My love for Geoscience has also helped fuel my other passion in life: traveling. I have had the opportunity to visit a variety of exciting environments throughout my career and have learned from some amazing people..
